Con 42 años de edad y tras su paso por KTM, Stefan Everts ha llegado a un acuerdo con Geboers Racing Promotions para ser el director de Suzuki en el área de Motocross, tanto para la clase MXGP, MX2 y el europeo. No solo ayudará a los pilotos oficiales, también forma parte del desarrollo der las RMZ.
Suzuki MXGP hará frente al Mundial de Motocross con pilotos de experiencia en MXGP que son: Kevin Strijbos y el regreso de manera profesional de Ben Townley. En la clase MX2 contará con Jeremy Seewer y Brian Hsu y el europeo lo harán con Bas Vaessen.
